The State of Arizona, as do many other states, promote citizens to keep and bear arms…even when done openly on the street.
One good citizen (who happened to be black) did so outside a political meeting to reinforce the fact that the 2nd Amendment is the 2nd most important Amendment.
However, this did not fit well with all the news to be printed – the MSM needs to maintain its message that only “white” people can be “gun nuts”, and so we have a hi tech blackfacing in reverse.
Duranty would be proud.
