Let the record show – if the worst come to pass – that it started with a cyber attack on Georgia on July 22, 2008.
This coincided with Russia’s deployment of rail troops and illegal bomber missile attacks.
This was followed by a common tactic of the morally bankrupt, the planting of bombs ( in South Ossetia which is a part of Georgia)on July 26th which were blamed on the Georgians. Remember the evidence showing that Russia planted bombs in its own apartment buildings only to blame Chechens.
The Russians escalated the war once again with the first direct attack on Georgia on July 29th while they delayed efforts for peace talks on the 31st. The Russians also admit to setting up illegal fortifications in the peacekeeper zone on July 31st.
This apparently included setting up remote control bombs that were detonated when a truck with 6 Georgian police officers passed over the trap.
Open battles erupted between the Russians and Georgians on Aug 1 while other Russian puppet states refused to join peace talks.
Russia then announced that Georgia had used “excessive force”, again refused to join the peace table.
The rest is history.
Will this be the start of WWIII? If so, the west will no doubt prevail finally against the Kremlin – a scourge that killed 100 million in the last century.
