Bob Schaffer, during his three remarkably fruitful terms as a Congressman, was considered to be “Ukraine’s best friend in the US House of Representatives”. [Incidentally, he was also one of that rare breed who signed the 'Contract with America ' and actually did not seek a fourth term.] Through our common efforts, with our “Evening” being a good first step, we can help ensure that Bob Schaffer will have a chance to become “Ukraine’s best friend in the US Senate Chamber” as well.

Мені цікаво, чи ви насправді вважаєте що в Америці тільки республіканці можуть підтримувати вільну Україну? Бо можливо любити Україну, бачити небезпеку російської імперської політики, і голосувати за Обаму.
Мені здається що противагою російській імперії має бути не інша імперія, американська, а інший геополітічний склад світу. Треба свободи, але свобода не носить республіканського слоника на лацкані, і навіть не американський прапор.
