This excellent PBS documentary will go a long way to shed light on an era when most think Nazi hatred sprang up from nothingness. In fact, it arose from 11 years of genocide committed on a docile people who managed to send thousands of letters back to Germany documenting their plight.
100 million lives could have been saved had the world read those letters instead of the New York Times.
